Q: Are you manufactuerer or Trading company?
A: We are professional and Leading manufacturer of LED shower head and LED faucet. All of our products are reseached, designed and produced by ourselves.

Q: Does your LED products need any batteries?
A: No,our products are all self-powered that need not any batteries and any other power connects to water!

Q: How does your products lighting?
A: There is a built-in device generating electricity, when the water flow it will light up!

Q: Why do some different models look the same?
A: Yes, some models look the same, but they have different functions!
For example, GR-S004, GR-S005, GR-S006 with the same appearance, but the three model have three different functions, GR-S004 is just single color, GR-S005 has multi-colors, GR-S006 can change colors according to different water temperatures.

Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The led faucet light GR-F002 and GR-F001 are made in zinc alloy. But the other products are all made in ABS plastic.

Q: Do you provide samples or accept small quantity order?
A: Yes, we provide samples for our led shower light, led faucet light, led umbrella light, etc. And small quantity order is accepted.

Q: Could you provide any certification for you products?
A: Yes,we can provide CE&RoHS certifications for all of our products now.

Q: Do you support any Warranty?
A: Yes, in general speaking, we support warranty for 1 year.

Q: How about your after sale service?
A: We providing life-long service and maintaining. The guarantee period is 1 years and within the period, our company will provide after-sale service and maintain free of charge due to any malfunctions of the products excepting incorrect manual operation.
